Honaz National Park
Honaz Mountain National Park (Honaz Dağı Milli Parkı) surrounds the 2,571 m Honaz Peak — the highest point in the western Taurus range. The park features cedar and pine forests, alpine meadows, wild fauna and several hiking trails of varying difficulty.
How to get there: About 25 km from Sinter Terasse Hotel, roughly 35 min drive to the main entrance. Ideal in spring and autumn.
Activities: Day hikes (3–6 h), picnicking, bird-watching. The summit trail (6–8 h round trip) needs basic mountaineering experience.
